Who runs after two rabbits will fail at both.
It has the same meaning with the English idiom: "to fall between two stools" which means "to attempt two tasks and fail at both, when either one could have been accomplished simply (Wiki)"
If translate this idiom into Vietnamese, it may be 'Lắm mối tối nằm không', 'Bắt cá hai tay', etc.

Literally: "The boat is climbing a mountain with many skippers". How can the boat climb to a mountain? That's funny. J
英語の諺：Too many cooks spoil the broth.
This means "If too many people work at a task, the end product might be ruined".
Many people without clear responsibility, of course the task might be ruined easily.
