Meaning: Emphasizes personal desires/ nhấn mạnh mong muốn cá nhân
自分のしたいことや欲しいものなど
Example: マンゴを食べたいなぁ。

～なぁ Emphasizes the speakers personal feelings as supposed to ～ね which seeks confirmation from the listener.
